How to insert metatags in your blogger blog

Here is a tutorial on how to insert metatags in your blogger blog. If you want to rank well in the search engines the meta description is very important. By having metatags it tells the search engines what your site is about.

Login in to your blogger account

Then click on "Design"

Then edit html

Before you make any changes copy the full code and paste it on a notepad in case anything goes wrong.

Next you want to edit this code, by filling out your description,keywords and author name.

<meta content='DESCRIPTION HERE' name='description'/>
<meta content='KEYWORDS HERE' name='keywords'/>
<meta content='AUTHOR NAME HERE' name='author'/>

Find this code

<b:include data='blog' name='all-head-content'/>

and then insert your edited metatag code just below it.

Then click save and update.

This helps will Increase your search engine ranking.
